I shouldn't have to use the live chat because the onus is not on the customer to pursue what they have paid for. Any other business that I order from regularly would honour their promotions without problem.

My problem is that your first instinct was to come here and rant. We all know that HH fuck up sometimes, we also all know that their customer service is notoriously good. If you'd gone to the live chat first i'm sure they'd have fixed the problem before you even felt the need to post.

Basically dude dont go raging at the entire company due to a clear human error. I have no doubt that if you had contacted the customer service with you're postal order they could have confirmed that you made the order during the time of the promotion and would gladly send you another packet.
