Just tried some IW and am enjoying it so far, here's my opinion.
Snorting half a usual Charge line of IW, produces pretty strong energetic (can't stop walking about!) and feelgood effects that last at least twice as long as Charge (2 hours or more). There's no burning, drip or sniffily nose to speak off.
It does, however, give me an adrenaline rush which can be on the verge of uncomfortably speedy, I can detect a slight loading on my heart for instance. It's longer lasting and harder hitting effects for a small quantity may lead to abuse/overdosing potential so be careful!
Comparing to Charge isn't fair as it's more like a snortable Mitseez, without the incessant blinking! Charge is a 'cleaner' stimulant and just feels like a more developed recipe, just not as intense. They're similarly moreish though. Can't comment on hangover effects..... yet (5-HTP at the ready!)
In conclusion, it's a good value for money product but with the potential for danger in quantity. Should HH supply it?... probably, but maybe a 'watered down' version with an improved recipe to reduce the negative side effects. Maybe that's just what Charge is!

PS. I'd love to know if this mixes with alcohol as Charge so readily does. That would move it near the top of my legal highs favourites list. Although it Mitseez like effects suggest otherwise. Some careful experimentation needed....
