yeah you moany bugger we always sort you out, the guys do like 100-200 orders a day they do sometimes forget to put the freebie in but we will send it to you.

I missed my free Koru when that was on offer - I emailed them and put a note on my next order saying "Please include Koru missed from previous order on (date)" The order duly arrived with free Koru included.

Since then, I've always added a note when the order should include a freebie, and its never been missed.

Hey, on my last order a gram of Raz was missing - I emailed customer service to ask them if I could have it credited on my next order. Guess what? Instead of crediting it, they simply sent it to me free of any shipping charge, with a freebie on top of it... and as quickly as if I had ordered it. Great!

Yeah same thing happened for me like I said before in this thread, I don't know why you'd resurrect such an old thread to bring this back up again (HH would, indeed, save themselves money if they gave out the freebies with the original order instead of having to spend extra money making up to the customer for not doing so later on).

Maybe we are desperate for threads so we have to bring up old ones?
