Never tried the Mitseez so I can't compare. I'm very used to the illegal speed and amphs of all sorts. Here's what I've tried so far at HH: Beanz, E-bombs, Charge, Raz and Speedos... so I would say Rush sits between Charge and E-bombs, actually I feel just as if I was on a speedy PCP trip, very focused but still creative.
Details: my head feels a little numb but very light, my hands are a little shaky from excitement, and I'm aware of all the sounds and noises around me (street noise, music, fingers on keyboard, overall it's all very clear).
I don't feel like eating but I was able to without feeling nauseous or stuffed. I'm not thirsty at all, cigarettes taste like heaven. I feel a tingle in my eyes as well - strange to describe, as if I had to look everywhere at once, but I'm not feeling stressed though. Just plainly calm and euphoric.

Personally I didn't like the Beanz and E-bombs - it was a little too uncontrollable for me at that specific time - but I have to say Rush are far, far better than that. No heart pounding or gasping for air. Really, my best experience so far with HH. And if you can, have a little charge beforehand, you'll have a great time...
