I'm not happy...
... i just came accross this on another forum: http://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=106368

It's a redraft of the UK misuse of drugs act which is coming into power on the 23rd of december... It includes "synthetic cannibanoid... blah blah blah" which basically means smokes go out the window.

This is majorly not cool. Can anyone shed any more light?

If you read it then that person has added the stuff about synthetic cannibanoids saying they are going to be included.  nothing official yet.

If you read the PDF (origional) version, it says in the eplanatory note that the new order is to push synthetic cannabinoids into the class b drug category and other synthetic steroids into class c...

You'll also find the document under a few .gov.uk sites e.g: http://opsi.gov.uk/stat-draft.htm

It seems pretty official... Just not very "in the media" so far... December 23rd is the date it mentions.

well dont worry too much im sure we'll find something once the ban hits.  The law in this country cant just ban synthetic cannabis analogues it has to name them so im sure once its passed plenty of others will appear.

Some chem dudes on the other forum said that it rules out every commercialised cannabinoid on the market right now. In naming them and saying that they also cannot be modified in certain ways... It's majorly not cool.
