Me and my friend decided to do ONE LU Summer Daze each on Sunday evening, the buzz was okay but nothing like the illegal’s, anyway after about 6 hours off taking them me and friend felt like crap, we was suffering from anxiety and felt absolutely shattered but we was unable to sleep, the body was tired but the mind still awake, I was unable to eat for the next 24hrs and my head was dizzy when I stood up, I was a complete mess as was my friend,  this was the worst come down I have ever had and done 10 illegal old skool (White Doves)XTC pills in one sitting before and the come down was not as bad. Maybe we had a bad batch but I am put off Legal Highs for good. I have done 2 Cherries before in the past, buzz again was okay but nothing compared to the real thing, was able to sleep on them and the come down was bearable, in future will just stick too coke.

One good thing came out of Sunday I use to be a 20 day smoker but where the come down was so bad I couldn't even smoke so will continue to stay smoke free. so maybe the experience was worth it even though yesterday was the worst I have felt.
