I haven't bought any of the ones from here, but I always have a load of 5HTP around to aid recovery. It doesn't actually get rid of the comedown so much as embrace it - you still feel like shit, but you take it in your stride with a sense of "well hey, if it was all good times everyone would be doing it"
I have found that 150mg of 5htp, taken a few hours before dropping, can help with the insomnia. It doesn't cure it, but I usually manage to drop off around 5am and get a 'proper' sleep until 9-10ish, while without it I'd just lie there in a dozing stage, with my brain waking me up every half hour to berate me for not being properly asleep yet.
